Seduction Cottage: has been recently acquired with our first guests due to take up residency in February 2006. Seduction cottage is located across the road from the motel and adjacent to Iceberg cottage. Bridge St is a quiet street and the cottage is situated on a large parcel of land with Quart Pot Creek Frontage. You will find it is short stroll to the Central Business District, cafes, restaurants and the Art Gallery. You can go out your gate and feed the ducks or turn right and walk along the paved walkway which will take you to the historic Red Bridge, or take a left turn and head up to the Brass Monkey playground. You will find playground equipment for small and larger children, covered barbecue area and a maze. Seduction has been named after the beautiful floribunda rose, which will be planted in abundance around the cottage. As you enter through the front door the arbour will be covered by a climbing Seduction rose. The cottage has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms contain queen beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. Linen is provided. Seduction can accommodate a maximum of six guests and has one bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. You will find a large well-equipped kitchen with fabulous creek views. The kitchen has gas hotplates and an electric oven. The kitchen is fully self contained with crockery, cutlery, microwave, stove, dishwasher and a large fridge. The lounge room has a TV and DVD player. For your comfort during the winter the lounge rooms contains a wood combustion heater, (Timber is not supplied during Summer), and all the beds have electric blankets. There is a washing machine in the laundry and a clothesline. Relax in the outdoor setting in the covered outdoor area with extensive views of the creek. There is no telephone access. Seduction has car accommodation for one vehicle. Cottages are not serviced daily (servicing can be arranged for an additional fee).
