MINIMUM STAYS: Minimum stays may apply to bookings for peak periods,

Breakfast is fully cooked country style breakfast with continental selections, available in our dining room.
Rates are based on a two-person stay. Children under three using exisiting bedding stay free of charge. Additional guests are $15.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 guests per room.

COTTAGES ARE NOT SERVICED DAILY - should you require daily servicing a charge of $30 per day will apply.

We accept bookings in good faith and will hold booked rooms/cottages/package bookings for clients after being supplied with credit card details or a deposit. Should you fail to provide your deposit within seven days of your booking, we may release your booking.
Motel room bookings cancelled after 10am the day prior to the reservation date, will incur a charge for one night’s accommodation for each room cancelled.
Group Bookings for Weekends (defined as 3 or more rooms) Group bookings require a deposit of $300 to be paid within 7 days of booking. Cancellation of the Group Booking within 28 days of arrival will incur a $300 cancellation fee. Rooms or cottages belonging to group bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $55 for each room cancelled. Rooms or cottages cancelled after 10am the day prior to the reservation date will incur a charge for the first nights accommodation.
Cottage bookings cancelled after 10am within 7 days of the reservation date will incur the first nights accommodation charge at our standard rate.
Package bookings cancelled after 10am within 2 days of the reservation date, will incur the first nights accommodation charge at our standard rate.
Peak Periods: Bookings for Apple and Grape Festival, Easter, Labor Day Weekend and Queens Birthday Weekend, require payment of the first nights fee 7 days in advance of arrival with no refunds for cancellations..
